Description

We are doing some protocol parsing testing, and needed the ability to generate MPLS and IGMPv2 packet headers. One of our engineers has added this funtionality. (see attached patch file)

I added my version. Choose what you like and discard the reset. I included IGMPv3 as well but had to make a separate class. Note, this was my first attempt at python and my knowledge of Scapy was limited when I wrote this. I always wanted to go back and fix it but never have the time.
